2. Description of Services
Advocates Hub, LLC provides the PrecinctsPro platform, a suite of political organizing and civic engagement tools including the Neighborhood Ambassador program. The Company also operates and provides access to affiliated websites and resources, including vote-no-va.com, in support of conservative values, political education, and civic participation. Services are available to users across the United States.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By accessing or using our platforms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. SMS and Text Messaging Communications
4.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any of our platforms or affiliated websites, you consent to receive recurring automated and manually-sent text messages (SMS/MMS) from Advocates Hub, LLC and its clients, including Republican candidates, party units, and affiliated conservative organizations. These messages may include:
- Political updates, alerts, and calls to action
- Voter information, election reminders, and civic engagement content
- Campaign and event announcements
- Issue advocacy and conservative policy information
- Platform notifications and account-related messages

4.2 How to Opt In
You may opt in to SMS communications by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on any of our platforms or affiliated websites, by texting a designated keyword to a provided short code or number, or by providing written or electronic consent through a campaign enrollment process. We may also contact individuals who have previously provided consent through other authorized means.
4.3 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message and cease sending SMS communications to your number. You may also contact us directly at the address above to request removal.

4.5 No Purchase Required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
5. Email Communications
By providing your email address through any of our platforms or affiliated websites, you agree to receive email communications from Advocates Hub, LLC and its clients. These may include campaign updates, newsletters, event invitations, and civic engagement alerts. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any email or by contacting us directly.

We may also communicate with you through other channels such as platform notifications, direct mail, or voicemail drops, consistent with applicable law. You may request to be removed from any communication list by contacting us at the address provided in Section 1.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our platforms or communications for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized communications, to interfere with or disrupt platform operations or security, or to submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our platforms and websites are the property of Advocates Hub, LLC or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at precinctspro.com/privacy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advocates Hub, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advocates Hub, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
